Here at ‘Off Our Rockers’, all products are inspected at the point of shipping to make sure they are in tip top condition.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one.
You can return any product up to 14 days from the date you received it.
Simply inform us, by telephone, post or email, that you no loner wish to keep the item, and your reason for returning it.

Any product you return, must be in the same condition you received it in, please keep the original packaging and invoice.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will usually receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Need us to collect your order?
If it’s easier, we can collect the items from you. To do this, we charge a collection fee which depends on the type of item you wish to return and where you live. We will always endeavour to make sure this charge is as low cost possible. For larger items the maximum will never exceed £50. We simply ask that you carry out the following:
- Ensure any item for return is in the condition that you received it. We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse.
- Ensure that any item is available for collection within 14 days.
Once you have confirmation that we’ve received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been inspected, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method you used, less the cost of the collection of the item.
Refunds made to a credit or debit card or via PayPal may not show in your account straightaway due to the clearing time required by banks to process the refund. Typically, this can take up to seven working days, but varies depending on the bank. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly with any queries.
